New Shooters Clinic

Any one following me here or any of the other Gun Forums knows how  feel about the young lady I am going to give a plug too. I seen yesterday on Twitter she is plugging her new Shooters Clinic. If you didn't watch Top Shots you missed a true champion in Gabby Franco. One would be spending money wisely by attending and participating in one of her clinics. Gabby good luck with your efforts and I hope you don't mind the plug here. Hint....add the D.C. area if the NRA won't have you there are many Clubs and gun shops in the area that would probably support you.

I didn't have a winner for today's Derby... like I have ever. I'll have Another snuck in the last furlong and stole the race from the tiring Bodemeister for today's upset.

 I failed to mention this morning that tonight will be the brightest Full Moon this year followed through out the evening with meteor showers. Now that Cinco de Mayo isn't wild enough and party goers leaving the races, including the Great Chihauhau races scheduled around the country. Tonight might get wild.


I believe Jenny (Iloveflavor) and Melissa(hotforfood) both had Cinco de Mayo or Derby specials on their YouTube videos today check them out

Run for the Roses day and Feliz Cinco de Mayo

Today is the Big Hat day here in the eastern part of the country. The run for the roses at Churchill Downs and the running of the Virginia Gold Cup near here in the The Plains. .  The who's who of the world will be attending the two events. I picked my horses for the Derby and planning on a light snack at post time. I'll let Bob Costas give me the stride for stride call. In the mean time enjoy the fashion and the Big Hats at both.

 now more importantly to day is Cinco de Mayo....which roughly translate into everybody has whipped the French. The pageantry south of the US border and within the US has colorful as the two races.

  Just remember today the Hispanic country's to our south celebrate their freedom from the European Tax Collectors. The Horror of this scene maybe to graphic for the young.
