WASHINGTON — A House Committee is preparing a contempt citation against Attorney General Eric Holder in a dispute over access to documents from a flawed gun-tracking operation.
An official of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee said a final decision on issuing the citation has not been made. The official, who was not authorized to be quoted by name, said the citation could be avoided if the Justice Department changes its stand and produces documents sought by the committee.
The committee has subpoenaed nearly two dozen categories of documents on the Fast and Furious operation, but no documents have been produced from a dozen of those categories.
In Fast and Furious, U.S. agents hoping to track weapons allowed hundreds of guns to flow from U.S. gun shops in Arizona into Mexico.

Contempt wouldn't be the only charge I'd prepare for Mr Holder. Reckless endangerment might be another.

Sunny sunny sunny day

Woke up to clear skies this morning and the day off.   What to do?  Got some outdoor projects planned, which also includes girl watching. Then of course I can do that indoors also. Besides the weekly yard work I have a gun project I have been wanting to get going on, Start on my first surplus weapon. One I picked up last week at the gun-show. If all goes well I'll be at the range later today. If not there's always tomorrow.

Then I can leave here with out posting a couple of gun toting honeys
